Do i need a doctor's referral?
For a standard consultation a doctor's referral isn't necessary, however if you have one bring it along.
If you will be claiming Work Cover, Veteran Affairs, Enhanced Primary Care or Third Party Insurance you will need a referral.
How long does it take?
An average treatment lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Initial consultations may be slightly longer, and extended subsequent consultations can be organised for rehabilitation exercise.
what clothes should i wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the problem area.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
If you have private health care that covers physiotherapy, bring your card to claim directly through our HICAPS machine.
If you have any x-rays or reports of your injury please bring them with you.
