Do I need a doctor's referral?

For a standard consultation a doctor's referral isn't necessary, however if you have one bring it along.

If you will be claiming Work Cover, Veteran Affairs, Enhanced Primary Care or Third Party Insurance you will need a referral.

How long does it take?

An average treatment lasts 30 to 45 minutes.  Initial consultations will be slightly longer.

How much does it cost?

Initial consultation:                    $73.00

Subsequent consultations:       $68.00

Home visits:                              $88.00

We do offer discounted rates for pensioners.

We are BUPA Members First providers therefore offer a discounted rate to BUPA customers (Previously MBF & HBA).

What clothes should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the problem area.

What should I bring?

If you have private health care that will cover physiotherapy, bring your card so you claim directly through our HICAPS machine.

If you have any x-rays or reports of your injury please bring them with you.
